The MUFF Society

A feminist community that celebrates women in film/TV.

The MUFF Society is a feminist screening series and community based in Toronto that aims to champion women in film both on and off screen. We do this through a variety of initiatives, including a short film program (miniMUFF), conversation series (Reel Girl Talk), documentary series (HER-Story), and blog.

CHELSEA - SF Producer, Programmer

Chelsea produces and directs all over North America, Europe, and Asia. She works with all sorts of clients—from fellow filmmakers to bands to corporations like Adobe. She’s a huge fan of bad-ass ladies in film and always wants to support her peers. She’s currently in production on her feature documentary, Bleeding Audio. (Also, her hair is blue and way awesome but we were going with a black/white theme here, sorry hair.)

TIA - SF Producer, Programmer

Tia's interests are eclectic as she bores easily. When not volunteering at film festivals or watching films, she is sailing, going on bicycle adventures, being a beer snob, competing at pub trivia, or just finding the next thing that might make her laugh. Her moustache means business.
