MUFFDates - May Addition

Mondays can be kind of a drag so we thought it was the perfect day to start off our Week O' Amazing Announcements! (Commonly known in the industry as a WOAA). You are probably all, "What could be more amazing than your screening of Pitch Perfect this Thursday?" and normally we'd agree but we've got three (at least, because we haven't actually counted because who has time for that) that we think are pretty darn rad.

Ready?

READY?

Firstly, we'd like announce that we are moving to a new home starting in June. The Royal has been very good to us and we are sad to go but this move will help MUFF to grow bigger and stronger (and faster?) and ultimately lead to Total MUFF Domination.

And, drumroll please, we are very, very, VERY excited to call the incredible Carlton Cinema our new home! We will be screening on Wednesdays starting in mid-June. (Because the potential Hump Day/MUFF references are too good to pass up, obviously.)

Artist's rendition of what the move may feel like. There will most likely be no party cats and/or small children present.

But that's not all (WHAAAAAA?!), because we have our next three films lined up too and want to share them with you RIGHT NOW:

Josie and the Pussycats (dir. Harry Elfont, Deborah Kaplan) on Wednesday, June 17th

Punisher: War Zone (dir. Lexi Alexander) on Wednesday, July 15th

Strike!, AKA All I Wanna Do (dir. Sarah Kernochan) Wednesday, August 12th

We'll be adding FB event pages soon so keep an eye out for 'em.

Hope to see you all at our last Royal screening this Thursday for Pitch Perfect! And don't forget to keep an eye on the rest of the fantastic Royal programming. And then we better see you at the Carlton starting in June! OR ELSE.

And we have two more (at least, because remember the counting thing) announcements to go so might as well call in sick to work and spend the week glued to our social media feeds.
